Julieanna couldn't come out this year; she and Geoff are fairly busy delivering another blessing. Hazel Caroline is wowing the hospital folk in Evanston while Cora and all the others are helping me celebrate another December 7.
Sarah and Logan arrived back from Phoenix and came straight to our house. Logan and Cora took off like rockets. But you can see those beautiful smiles amid the blurs.
I've had the camera nearly two years and still learning how it functions. Logan is really in motion so it blurred even with a flash.
Isn't it strange how cute they are running through the living room playing and yet the picture snapped at the WORST moment? Drat!
Alex and Drew playing on the couch. A little too dark?
Cora is jumping out of the chair at the desk to run and join the fun.
Logan still wearing her jacket with the hood up. And Cora only said, "Logan has ears!"
My first grandchild is really grown up. They just don't come any nicer.
Alex has begun to bloom at the number two spot. He's my favorite grandson. He went deer hunting with his dad and is a terrific young man.
A nice dark picture of Drew looking at the pop-up book of ships that I received from Ann.
Kyle and Sally looking at the pop-up book as Kyle turns the pages. We actually have electricity and lights, it just doesn't look like it.
Here is the book itself. It is really fascinating how someone designs the cutouts so that they pop when the page is turned.
Logan and Cora love to chase around the hallway and through the living room. And so far we love watching them. In my case, I even enjoy answering the call, "C'mon, Grandpa. Go, Grandpa, go!"
Sarah and Ashley "fly" Cora and Logan around the loop. The flaw in this activity is that it does nothing to tire the little ones. Logan can say "Do 'gin!" for a long time.
It's an aeroplane race.
